A little behind!

So Happy 1st Birthday to our little girl I know I am posting a little late but my camera wasn't working so here you go. She wasn't totally into the whole candle part but just like Joey(on his first birthday) she wasn't into the cake part.....

That is why I love this picture Joey and Ellianna have a great time eating Cambria's cake even though she hated every second of it.

Walking...almost!

Cambria is starting to walk a few steps here and there I gotta say I am really exicted about this for some reason. I don't want my baby to grow up but I really would like her to be walking it does make my life easier at this point as I am still trying to recover from surgery. So "Yeah for Bria" as joey and Ellianna say. It is really cute cause Ellianna will help her by holding her hands and walk backwards "walk bria walk" I love watching them!

Ped's Doc

Okay so I am looking for some responses from other mom's in the area. I am in the market for a new pediatrician. I have not been to happy with ours for a while now and I am even less happy with them now after having to sit in the room for 30 minutes waiting to see the doctor with a one year old. Already checked in and weighed but waited 3o minutes after all that for anyone to come and see us. But that isn't it....I have not gotten a single straight answer about anything that I have taken the kids in for in the past year I still don't have any answers as to why Ellianna has had the fevers of 103 and higher for more that a week straight every month for almost a year, so If any of you go to any one but Idaho Falls Pediatrics I would love some recommendations!

What??

Okay so this morning the kids and I were headed to the library to check out some new books. I had one to return but was trying to carry everything else out the door along with a baby who will not walk yet, so I handed the book to Joey. (This was a book for me, not the kids mind you)He stopped and looked at it and said
"Mom this book is about a Blue Gondola"
Me "What did you say joey?"
"Mom I said this book is about a Blue Gondola"
Me "Joey how the heck do you know what a Gondola is?"
"Mom the little Einstein had to ride the Gondola to...." All I needed to hear was the little Einsteins part and knew what he was talking about but he said more than that.
And I can now say that my 3 year old knows more than his dad and his Papa when it comes to Gondola's when I called to tell them what he had said neither one knew what I was talking about I just had to laugh, my dad even looked it up on the Internet while I was talking to him. I gotta give it to the Little Einstein's they really do have a way with their little movies of teaching Joey something new every time he watches them. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an eventful Thursday last week and took the kids bowling....they loved it and we are totally taking them back. Earlier in the day we took them up to the splash park with our cousins and they really had a great time in the water with Papa and Josh...they also got to ride the Carousel which they wanted to do many more times!!!

Visit with Great Grandparents

Ellianna was always bringing toys for grandpa to play with her! I was so greatful they got this time with them and that we got some pictures too.

So I knew it had been a long time since we had done anything with the extended family and not many were able to come this time but we got to play with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Butler, the kids loved it! They were totally fasinated with Grandma's Hair curlers and really wanted them on so she was nice enough to indulge them!

Quick Summary!

This one is just going to be a quick summary of the last few weeks cause things have been a little crazy around here and I haven't been able to post so here it goes...I will put more detail later I promise.

Daddy went out on the 4th and got some fireworks for the house because we had decided to not go to the big ones this year as they are all so small....I was thinking some little ones to make the little man joey happy but noooooo daddy came home with a $300 set(I might add that he only payed $30 for the whole thing)

4th of July was a blast with the older two Cambria just wanted to sleep...as you can tell.

Then on the 5th we decided we wanted to go to the Hot Air Balloon Festival so we got up at 4:30 to make it up before sunrise to Driggs.....on our way up we past a row of Black SUV's about 7 of them....huh that must be someone really unimportant to have such security.....they make it so obvious it is ridiculous...I'll finish later with that but we made it up just in time to see well just about nothing the winds were to strong for the balloons to go up so one was kind enough to show everyone the process and just hold it in place so we hope next year that will go better but the kids still like the one and every time we pass a Remax for sale sign Joey stops and says "MOM that is just like the one we saw"

Then after the balloons it was now about 6:30 in the morning in Driggs so we went up to Jackson Hole(oh, might I add that on our way down into Jackson there was 2 Hot Air Balloons just landing, anyway) to spend a little time and had to take the picture that everyone has in there photo Album and then just walked around town a little.

JOE wanted me to state that this is my new found love and he is great with the kids so meet the new Husband BIG FOOT!
Alright now the the end of my little SUV story...so we were driving back through Swan Valley and decided to stop for square ice cream cones while at the gas station Joe noticed some helicopters in the field across from us and told Joey to look they we noticed people looking in them so when we were done eating we walked over to see if we could look at them and they said go ahead...turns out the army was sitting around waiting for The VICE PRESIDENT(whom we had seen leaving that morning) who was fishing of the river near Swan Valley...two 20 seater helicopters and one BlackHawk Medic just sitting in a field waiting for something bad to happen.(How much do you think that one cost us?) Any way it was really fun cause the kids were able to climb around in the pilot seat and stuff and they LOVED it. The military guys were so nice and just awesome with the kids so the day was well worth it.

Great Family Weekend!

So we had a wonderful weekend away as a family! Sadly it came about because of a funeral for my Uncle Jim(which was really good, strange I know but it was more of a celebration of life and I really liked it) But because of gas prices we decided that we needed to make it a weekend away with the kids and make it fun so we left Friday morning and headed for the Zoo. It rained the whole way down so Joey said a little prayer as we got close and asked for the rain to stop so we could enjoy the Zoo as a family. Well the rain stopped and we got to see all the animals we had been talking about for weeks. Ellianna's favorite was the Gorilla's!!! Joey's was the Elephants! So glad we got to go. Oh and how could i forget we also got to ride the Train at the Zoo...we had to do that very first when we got there and Joey and Ellianna got to ride right behind the Engine!a>

After the Zoo the girls fell asleep in the car so we drove down town cause I had promised Joey we could take a ride of the big train and the TRAX are free down town. Joe dropped Joey and I off at one of the stops just around the corner from Temple Square and Joey and I got on the train. It was so fun to see how excited he was!

Then Sat. the kids and Joe spent some time with Marybeth while I went to the funeral. Ellianna had gotten sick so we didn't want to leave them all. Then we went to Salt Lake and the kids got to play in the fountain and go to Build A Bear! I think they really enjoyed it and Cambria I think likes her Bunny the most...and can I just say I am a bargin shopper all the way....we walked out of Build A Bear only spending 20 bucks..2 bears, one rabbit and 3 sounds in all and we only spent 20 with all the coupons I had...I think we did pretty good if you ask me!

That night Joey got to go swimming with Aunt Rinny and loved it the night before we had gone as a family and the next night the girls weren't feeling to good so we just let Joey go. But Sunday we went to Temple Square and walked around with the kids for a little while and got some really cute pics..but getting 3 kids to look all at the same time is really hard!

What a Cutie!!

I coulnd't help but post this little Sweetheart! Isn't she adorable! Such a girl!

Just a little shout out!

Just wanted to Thank Grandma and Grandpa Zeller for the awesome presents...the kids were really excited when they got a package from Mass. I know they don't look like it in the picture but they have been sick and Ellianna was actually really tired. Joey was really excited and just kept saying now I can play Baseball with Daddy, it was really cute!

AHHHH! She's 2!

She is growing up so fast! I just can't believe it!

Yes we went to the Zoo again for another birthday but they really love it. They had this snake out for the kids to touch...yuck!

These three are all mine. I still have a hard time with that if I step back and think about it.

3rd Birthday!

It is a Itlittle crazy to me right now to think that my little boy is 3! I can not believe how big he is getting and I don't want to blink for fear that my girls will be that old before I know it! This birthday was really fun with Joey though because it was little like Christmas for him! He could not go to sleep last night because he was so excited that it was going to be his birthday! It wasn't even about the presents for him it was all about his train cake and the fact that we would sing him Happy Birthday! He has been singing it for everyone else and couldn't wait for it to be for him!

We started the day out with a big mess up from mommy!!!! We had promised Joey if he were to be a big boy and go in the potty that he could have a scoop truck,(catch was that I thought I had one in a box down stairs, left over from Christmas that we decided not to give him at the time because he already had to much. But what I didn't realize was that what I had wasn't a scoop it was a Bulldozer! For all you mothers a little boys there is a very big difference! I forgot this until last night late so I decided to try and pass it off and give it to him! He opened it as his first present when he woke up and was really excited up a couple minutes later he looked at me and said

" Mom can we go to the store and get a scoop truck?"

Mommy says " Joey you got a scoop truck"

Joey "No this is a Bulldozer"

Well my bad he was right and I had been promising him forever that I would get him a scoop so while he went to lunch with Papa for his birthday I made a mad dash for Toys-R-Us to get the scoop truck that we had played with a hundred times. Thankfully it was on Clearance!!!

So he now has his Scoop truck and I have learned a valuable lesson that you can't trick a little boy into thinking a Bulldozer is a Scoop truck!

We started that day with Joey very excited about it being his birthday and all the decorations that we had!! He got to open one present before daddy went to work! Then he got to go to lunch with Papa a McDonalds! Then a fun time at the Zoo with Daddy and the girls and our Friends Lynnlee and Ashley! After the Zoo we had a pizza Dinner with the whole Family and his Train Birthday cake(That is all he has talked about for weeks is having a train cake)! With lots of great presents! Thanks to everyone! And again I am sorry the Scoop came at the beginning! Once he opened that Scoop he didn't pay much attention to anything else! And it is after 9 and he is still outside digging in the dirt!

One down TWO to go!

Yeah!!! It's POTTY TIME!!!!
This one is from the last week! He has actually filled half of another one already and we have had two dry mornings!!! I can't tell you how excited I am!!
This one is his favorite(He has filled about 5 of them)!!! I got lucky finding this one being that it is a train track was perfect motivation for him! But if you ask him what he gets for going in the Potty he will tell you "I get a scoop truck" We are so proud of him and he makes sure we tell him that all the time! I love it!!! It has been a bit of a task though with the girls around! Ellianna thinks she knows what she is doing too so she has been peeing all over the floor because she throws a fit until she gets underwear and doesn't get the concept just yet! Cambria on the other hand just tries to get in the potty and is climbing all over him while he is sitting there if I don't lock her out of the bathroom! If I was a fly on the wall watching the situation at times I think I might pee my pants laughing!

Four Amazing Years!

I know most of you need to pick up your jaws off the floor at this point because yes it has been four years, and yes it has only been four years since Joe and I were married! 4 years, 3 children, 2 dogs and 1 cat I think we are doing pretty good!

There are so many things that I want to say being that I am so blessed to have such an amazing husband father and provider for our family. Isn't it amazing how people are so meant to be together?! I know that there couldn't have been anyone else that would fit me better than Joe. We have only been married 4 years and we already have the same thoughts at almost the same time, we both are able to put up with the craziness of having an almost 3 year old almost 2 year old and a little one that is 9 months. Not to many people would be able to with stand that test(Parenting is not for the weak)

I love watching my husband be an amazing father making sure that everything is okay with all of his children and making sure that they are all happy...just the other night Joey Jr. didn't want to go to bed because there were dinosaurs under his bed and they were going to get him. So daddy being the hero that he is went in and wrestled with them under the bed until he caught them then he threw them outside and locked them out. Then daddy put maggie on the bed next to joey so that if there were any more dinosaurs she could eat them up! What a great dad!

And every day before daddy leaves for work his little Ellianna tells him to come back and give her a "tiss tiss" (Kiss) then tells him that he has to give one to "Roey too"(Joey)

The way Cambria lights up every time her dad walks into the room is amazing! I think the house could fall down around her and she wouldn't notice as long as she had daddy to look at!

Right after Joey was born I still remember Joe waiting on me hand and foot it was our first little one so we were both new at it and he saw to my every need no matter how little or crazy it might seem! And through every pregnancy he has gone and done the crazy craving food runs just so I was happy! Oh the things we put them through. Including all the emotions and hormones that come with being pregnant. Some days I wonder if Joe thinks I am the same person he dated because I have been pregnant for 90% of our marriage with hormones out of control at times!(I promise that I am not pregnant for all of you who are still questioning from that post a couple of months ago)

So any way I want to thank my husband for being who he is and for making our lives so much fun! You are the most amazing husband I could ever ask for and I thank you for all that you do for me and for our family! I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART, and I am so greatful that we will be together for ETERNITY!
FOR-EV-ER FOR-EV-ER!!!!!
